The Assistant is 100% the pillar, the glue that holds it all together. She is also a catalyst for change. People tend to underestimate the power an Executive Assistant holds, and to minimize the importance of their network, internal and external alike. They are modern day superheroes, who are always humble and continue to impress me every day, even after 10 years of career in the field.

Well, that doesn’t make me any younger! When I founded indispensable recruitment at 23 years old in 2013, I had this desire to really put the emphasis on Assistants and reiterate their importance to those who should never forget it! I believe that we’ve managed to accomplish that so far, which is what I am most proud of!
Year after year, we have managed to build a great reputation for ourselves amongst Assistants, and we have helped them not only to change jobs, but rather to keep them in this line of work. Executive Assistants come to us because they trust us, and that is also a great honour!
In ten years, we have been through ups and downs, of course, but we have always remained focused on our original objective which is to continue to showcase the profession!
