𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿?

My perception of the role of Assistant is that people in the profession are incredible and play an essential part in any company. They work extremely hard in the shadows, sometimes without getting their due credit, to make little miracles happen daily. The role of Assistant has evolved so much, I truly see them as business partners and collaborators that are undeniably a part of the executive team, and without whom many things simply wouldn’t get done. Their implication and commitment never fail to impress me! There is nothing better than feeling like the manager genuinely believes in the role of Assistant and what she can bring to the table!

𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲?

It might seem cliché, but they were all memorable! Every time I get to help an Assistant find that perfect “fit”, it brings me great satisfaction! For the past 3 years, I have developed a passion for this job, and I really care about the candidates I work with. I really wish to be a guide for them, and knowing that I could make a difference in someone’s career and life is an incredible feeling.
