My perception of the role of Assistant is that people in the profession are incredible and play an essential part in any company. They work extremely hard in the shadows, sometimes without getting their due credit, to make little miracles happen daily. The role of Assistant has evolved so much, I truly see them as business partners and collaborators that are undeniably a part of the executive team, and without whom many things simply wouldnโt get done. Their implication and commitment never fail to impress me! There is nothing better than feeling like the manager genuinely believes in the role of Assistant and what she can bring to the table!

It might seem clichรฉ, but they were all memorable! Every time I get to help an Assistant find that perfect โfitโ, it brings me great satisfaction! For the past 3 years, I have developed a passion for this job, and I really care about the candidates I work with. I really wish to be a guide for them, and knowing that I could make a difference in someoneโs career and life is an incredible feeling.
