Our team

Vanessa Mongeau

President and Founder
Since founding Indispensable Recruitment in 2013, Vanessa has been recognized as a determined entrepreneur, having quickly established the firm as a prominent leader in the recruitment community for executive assistants. In addition to dedicating herself to the growth and management of the company, Vanessa is actively involved in strengthening Indispensable recruitment processes and customer relations. Passionately driven by the role of the executive assistant, Vanessa also conducts conferences, hosts exclusive events, manages a EA mentorship program and frequently shares information to promote the profession. As President of the Board of Directors for the Association of Administrative Professionals of Quebec since 2016,Vanessa aims to improve the profession in every possible way. As an HEC alumni, she combines both a focused and warm approach that appeals to both her candidates and clients.

Charlène Rémillard

Recruitment Director
At Indispensable since 2016, Charlène quickly distinguished herself in the market as a trusted reference in the recruitment of high-level assistants. As an advisor deeply dedicated to her craft, her elegant style and attention to detail facilitate her search to attract talents. She joined Indispensable to apply her creative ability to engage and interact with brilliant candidates. Her committed interest in developing successful professional relations allows her to fully understand the recruiting needs and offer an exclusive service. Equipped with an undergraduate degree in Industrial Management, Charlène is also known for her proactive approach, resourcefulness and ability to work as part of a team.

Laurence Badibanga Gagnon

Recruitment Specialist
Part of the Indispensable team as of Autumn 2019, Laurence has a great sense of listening and an innate ability to interact with people. Empathetic and determined, she inspires trust and sets herself apart with her sincere approach and human touch. Results oriented, she is driven by her desire to find the best talent for the job. Her professionalism and analytical skills enable her to find successful, lasting matches and to build quality relationships with her clients. She comes to Indispensable with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations looking to leverage her dedication and perseverance.

Kim Bradley

Recruitment Specialist
Prior to joining Indipensable in the fall of 2019, Kim was an administrative assistant in the finance industry. Having been an assistant herself, she is committed to developing harmonious and professional relationships with our candidates and knows how to capture their needs, which makes her an invested and understanding Recruitment specialist. As a student passionate about Public Relations, she is known for her enthusiasm and ability to interact with people. Her determination and positivity are certainly important assets for our team.

Laura Corriveau

Project Marketing Coordinator
Laura recently joined the Indispensable team as Marketing Project Coordinator. With a varied experience in the field of communications and events, she has a good sense of timing and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Courteous and dynamic, she is also a trustworthy person who will carry out projects with rigour and great enthusiasm. Having been the assistant of the host and producer Julie Snyder for nearly 3 years, she is aware of the challenges and the reality of an executive assistant.

These past four years, the entire Indispensable team has been involved in collecting as many donations as possible to support the Centre d'excellence en néonatalogie of CHU Sainte-Justine as part of the Sainte-Justine challenge.

For two years now, the Indispensable team has been participating in Operation Santa Claus to contribute to ensuring every child has a magical Christmas!
