Vanessa Mongeau

Président
Since its foundation in early 2013, Vanessa has been leading L'indispensable. Recognized as a determined entrepreneur, she quickly transformed the firm into a prominent leader in the recruitment community of executive assistants. In addition to dedicating herself to the growth and management of the company, Vanessa is actively involved in strengthening L’indispensable recruitment processes and customer relations. Passionately driven by the role of the executive assistant, Vanessa also conducts conferences, hosts exclusive events and frequently shares information to promote the profession. As President of the Board of Directors for the Association of Administrative Professionals in Quebec since 2016, Vanessa aims to improve the profession in every way possible. As an HEC alumni, she combines both a focused and warm approach that appeals to both her candidates and clients.

Charlène Rémillard

Recruitment Director
Since 2016 at L'indispensable, Charlène quickly distinguished herself in the market as a trusted reference in the recruitment of high-level assistants. As an advisor deeply dedicated to her craft, she is always searching for the best talent with her elegant style and attention to detail. She joined L'indispensable to apply her creative ability to engage and interact with brilliant candidates. Her committed interest in developing successful professional relations allows her to fully understand the recruiting needs and offer an exclusive service in her special way. Equipped with an undergraduate degree in Industrial Management, Charlène is also known for her proactive approach, resourcefulness and ability to work as part of a team.

Gabrielle DesRoches

Recruitment Director
In the Indispensable Team since early 2018, Gabrielle is above all a projects & results driven woman. She likes to be in the middle of the action, listening to people and getting to know their needs. Her excellent understanding of different working environments, their dynamics and needs, allows her to build quality relationships with her clients. Passionate about her profession, her primary goal is to build sustainable and flourishing business relationships. Newly equipped with a bachelor's degree in Human resources management, she joins the indispensable team to make use of her determination and dynamic personality.

Isabelle Niaufre

Recrutement advisor
As a new member of the L'indispensable team, Isabelle emphasizes her love for human resources. Just before joining the team, she held an Executive Assistant position, which allowed her to have an outstanding understanding of the profession and compassion for the job. Isabelle is committed to build strong relationships with her candidates, she is always attentive and dedicated to meet their needs. Her dual degree in International Business and experience living in several continents reflects her distinct vision of the business world and facilitates her approach with both assistants and clients.

Laurence Bradley

Marketing Coordinator
As our team here at L’Indispensable grows, so have our needs; Laurence is our Indispensable and although her relatively early career stage, shows a tremendous potential. Having a few years of experience in customer service, she has a demonstrated ability to adapt and excellent communication skills which will certainly be an asset for our company. Her warm smile and delicate nature will greet those who visit our offices and not leave them indifferent.
